Tomatina Festival

Young people "bathe" in tomatoes during the 'Tomatina' Festival in Bunol, Spain. Looks like fun, doesn't it? German anglers rang for help after they were shot at with tomatoes fired from a home-made cannon powered by hairspray. According to one participant, "I shouldn't have drunk so many liters of beer before I got into the tomato tank, if you know what I mean." (AFP/File/Jose Jordan)
