FCC/IRU vs JHL Trial
Continues Despite Lengthy Delays

-- Despite several lengthy delays from the defense, the FCC/IRU vs
JHL trial continues to grind on.
Failure to present documents, intense cross-examination
by teams of lawyers representing the defense, and other alleged delay
tactics have been employed leading many industry insiders to suspect
that JHL is more concerned than they seem.
"They're worried. They didn't think
we would be as prepared as we are and it's thrown them off their game.
The little games they're playing will only delay the inevitable and
may actually lead to a contempt of court ruling from the judge it

Statements such as those in recent weeks
have led some industry insiders to speculate that JHL CEO Greg Major
is either employing an odd misinformation technique suggested by his
legal team or he is dangerously close to losing his sanity. One insider
commented, "I wouldn't trust him to edit the company's web site
right now, nevermind running the whole [explictive] company!"
