THE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Here at JHL Tech Support, we get some of the same questions from our customers over and over again. To help you solve your problem as quickly as possible, we highly recommend reading the FAQ thoroughly before calling our Technical Support department.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT HOURS

All hours are Central Time Zone (CST). Our Technical Support department is closed on all holidays and when Daylight Savings Time is observed. International customers should refer to page 84 - paragraph 8 of their support contract. JHL provides 24-hour a day, 7-day a week technical support for a nominal fee. Please contact our Sales department for details.

CONTACTING OUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT DEPARTMENT

Step 1. Dial 1-900-999-9999.
Step 2. Press 9.
Step 3. Wait for the ringing tone and speak the serial number of your JHL product into the receiver.
Step 4. Hang up and wait 8 minutes, 32 seconds.
Step 5. Dial back.
Step 6. Press #99.
Step 7. Wait for the tone that kind of sounds like C sharp on a 1962-65 Wurlitzer.

Step 9. Give the machine your name and phone number.
Step 10. Hang up and wait for a technical support specialist to call.
